There are certain seasons and times of year that naturally brings up the desire to reflect, begin to make meaning, to find ways to treasure and savor moments and memories. If you're anything like us you are also resisting the pressure to start a new year with a bunch of goals and to instead focus on being and staying present.

In this recording, you will be guided through one hour of practices to help you to slow down, get and stay present, and enjoy this season more deeply. These practices will also serve the purpose of helping you to regulate emotionally and make space for all the feelings that this time of the year can bring up. We will explore breathwork, tapping, resourcing, mindfully engaging with your senses as well as practical steps for clearing out space to savor.
